Center for Botanical Drug Research (CBDR) of Tianjin Pharma Tech was founded by a group of experienced Natural Product Chemistry (NPC) professionals with international NPC management experience.

CBDR is specialized in the plant extraction, isolation, purification, analytical method development and synthetic modification of natural products from plant sources. We produce ingredients for pharmaceuticals, cosmetic ingredients, and dietary supplements.

Our company has successfully developed, and scaled-up over 8 uniquely different processes including pharmaceutical products, cosmetic ingredients, and dietary supplements and food ingredients. We have the ability to produce single active ingredients or standardized plant extracts from natural sources in kilo, pilot and small scale quantities. CBDR state-of-the-art facilities include small-scale bench top laboratories, pilot-scale laboratories and commercial manufacturing suites equipped to perform extraction, ultra filtration, Microwave-assisted extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, high speed counter current extraction, precipitation, chromatographic separation (including sfc and ms-trigger systems), distillation, crystallization, lyophilization and spray drying. CBDR has been devoted to providing high quality products and efficient services to our customers, trying our best to enable every customer to prevent time-consuming and speed up the process.
